FindAffiliates is a directory and research tool for discovering affiliate programs. We publish program information, educational content, free tools, paid PRO features, and paid company listing options.

We are not the merchant, affiliate network, payment processor, tax advisor, legal advisor, or employer for third-party affiliate programs listed on the site.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account, checkout, and listing information.
• You may not use another person's account or impersonate another person or company.
• We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform.

PRO access may include expanded directory access, filters, bookmarks, finder results, profile stats, and other member features. Available features may change over time.

• Monthly PRO renews monthly until canceled.
• Lifetime PRO is a one-time purchase for the life of the product offering, subject to these Terms.
• Payments, invoices, subscription status, and customer portal access are handled through Lemon Squeezy.
• You can manage eligible subscriptions through the customer portal or by contacting support.
• Refunds, if any, are handled case by case or according to the checkout terms shown by Lemon Squeezy.

Companies may purchase or submit affiliate program listings, featured placements, exclusive deal packages, newsletter mentions, social mentions, badges, or editorial placements where available.

• Paid listings do not guarantee traffic, rankings, affiliate approvals, sales, leads, or commissions.
• We may review, edit, reject, remove, relabel, or decline listings that are inaccurate, low quality, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or not a good fit.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your program details, commission terms, links, eligibility rules, and promotional claims.
• Exclusive deal status requires a real benefit for FindAffiliates users, such as a higher commission, higher bounty, longer cookie duration, or similar advantage.
• We may label paid, featured, sponsored, or exclusive placements so users understand the nature of the placement.

Program pages may link to third-party websites. Those sites control their own program terms, privacy practices, approvals, tracking, payments, refunds, support, and commission decisions.

You should review each merchant or network's terms before applying to, joining, promoting, or buying from a third-party program.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links, paid partner links, sponsored links, or links connected to paid listings. We may receive compensation when users purchase, subscribe, apply, or otherwise interact through certain links.

Compensation may influence placement, featuring, or visibility, but we aim to keep directory information useful and clearly labeled where a listing is paid, featured, sponsored, or exclusive.

You agree not to misuse FindAffiliates. You may not:

• Submit false, deceptive, infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site or its APIs.
• Use the site to spam, defraud, mislead, harass, or violate another party's rights.
• Bypass account restrictions, rate limits, paid access controls, or security controls.
• Use FindAffiliates content in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

FindAffiliates content, design, branding, software, and directory presentation are owned by FindAffiliates or its licensors. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy, resell, or reproduce substantial parts of the directory without permission.

If you submit listing content, you grant FindAffiliates permission to host, display, edit, promote, and use that content to operate the directory and related marketing.

FindAffiliates is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that program information is complete, current, error free, or suitable for your business or audience.

We do not guarantee earnings, approvals, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, commission payments, program availability, or third-party performance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, FindAffiliates is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

We may update the site, features, prices, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page or by giving additional notice where appropriate.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts, listings, or features if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, a legal risk, a security risk, non-payment, abuse, or misuse of the platform.
